I have a new beauty passion – oils. As you may all be aware, there are numerous health and beauty advantages to consuming fruit and seed oils. Coconut oil and avocado oil are one of my top secrets to maintaining a healthy, youthful complexion. These natural oils are safe, economical, environmentally-friendly, and oh-so-wonderful for my skin.
I mainly use this amazing organic coconut oil (smaller size here) as a nighttime cleanser to remove all the traces of dirt on my face and neck. It’s also the best makeup remover! And, yes, I eat it too almost everyday. I follow with this Vitamin C Facial Wash then apply a light moisturizer and avocado oil. Just a couple of drops is all you need to dab around the eye area. Even my husband uses it as well. So far, we have no need for an eye cream whatsoever thanks to this avocado oil which increases epidermal elasticity! My skin is dewy soft until the next morning.
Similar to eating organic and raw foods, I feel good about putting these pure oils on my skin knowing that they don’t include harmful chemicals and additives.
