Kate Spade’s Simon pumps caught my attention with its standout design and easy-to-wear style.  The heel flaunts luxe yet sophisticated design while the low heel keeps you fashionably comfortable from day to night.  I can’t really decide which color I like better between pink and emerald (shown) which are spot on colors for spring/summer.

Perfect with a simple shift dress (in light gray please) for a day at the office.  Continue on the spring feel in your work look by adding on a fun jewelry piece like this beaded rock necklace.

Alexander Wang’s Liya Pumps (in croc print only) are shoes to covet and they are now mostly sold out.  Trendy while classy, these heels are to be worn for years to come.  I happen to come across this similar pair for much less from ASOS.  The heels are as easy on your wallet ($53.20) as they are easy on your feet (2.8 inch heel).  Its chic style will look great with just about anything such as these slim black pants to make a sleek office pairing.  Also available in a nude shade.

For many women when it comes to their shoe purchases, the utmost important factor is comfort.  I understand the need of good quality, comfy footwear as I have previously worked in an industry that required a great deal of time standing and walking.  Alegria has a wonderful reputation for comfortable shoes.  Their ergonomic construction is appreciated among professionals especially for those that spend a vast majority of the time on their feet such as health care professionals, teachers, manufacturing workers, etc.

So what’s with the boot?  I chose Ava boots from the Alegria website for their shoe review.  I had my eye out for biker style boots that are good looking while not too trendy.  With Alegria’s unbeatable comfort, it’s the perfect balance between fashion and function.

I’m quite smitten with the latest collaboration of Preen x Aldo Rise.  Their chic yet classic profile makes it a stylish pick for wearing Monday to Friday.  These heels – Musilova, Pravda, Buito (not yet available) – were also seen at the Preen Spring 2013 runway show.  Now you can own the same looks straight from the runway at Aldo’s manageable prices!

My favorite of the collection is the Prava pump (in navy).  You just can’t go wrong with animal prints especially a fun patchwork of reptile patterns in varying colors.  A stark pop of yellow is a great way of adding brightness to your wardrobe without much effort.
